Common Help Topics

• Sign-in or password reset: use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen. For Google or Apple sign-in, confirm that you are using the identity connected to your Ballroom Booking account.
• Booking or schedule questions: open the booking for current details. Questions about studio policies, instructor assignments, cancellations, or service availability should be directed to the participating studio shown in the app.
• Payment or refund questions: open Payments or the receipt for transaction details. Refund eligibility for physical services is generally determined by the participating studio.
• Delete a login account: sign in, open Profile, and use Delete login account under Privacy & account. Unconnected logins can use the same option on the Access connection screen.
• Privacy questions: read the Privacy Policy or contact dance@foxballroom.com
